is a prime contractor for the Army Evaluation Center (AEC). We have provided Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
and equipment performance support on more than 100 major
evaluation and assessment events within the C2 WarFighter
Mission Area, Chem/Bio area, Net Enabled Command and Control
programs. We assist in development of Joint Policy and Procedures
through our involvement in initial operational tests, developmental
tests, WarFighter experiments, and advanced concept technology
demonstrations to both AEC and the Joint Interoperability
Test Command (JITC). As such, we provide task management
and analysis, requirements definitions, organizational analysis,
systems analysis, procedural process analysis, data analysis,
statistical analysis, modeling and simulation, test planning,
configuration management, hardware and software testing,
quality management, system engineering, and/or other operations
research analysis.
MSA's National Preparedness Division offers emergency preparedness
and continuity of operations planning, training and exercises
at both the Federal and State level by developing the emergency
management, continuity of operations, and maintenance plans
and procedures for these agencies. We assist Federal and
State agencies develop continuation of essential functions.
We perform a thorough appraisal of current capabilities
against Federal and industry contingency requirements. We
then develop solutions, provide recommendations; develop
the emergency management, continuity of operations, and
maintenance of plans and procedures for these agencies.
MSA was awarded a contract to provide Continuity of Operations
and Emergency Planning for the Office of Housing Enterprise
Oversight at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
MSA was also awarded a contracts supporting the Department
of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide Continuity
of Operations planning and training for the Office of Medicare
Hearings and Appeals (OMHA) and the Centers for Medicaid
and Medicare Services (CMS), the Administration for Children
and Families (ACF), the Federal Transit Authority (FTA)
and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
