 The
Commanding General of the Army Test and Evaluation
Command, has mandated Rapid Acquisition Initiatives
(RAI) as the command’s top priority. RAI seek
to provide equipping solutions within days and insertion
of the new technologies into theater in support of
the Global War on Terrorism within an abbreviated
timeframe. This is not “business as usual”
but rather a new, streamlined, acquisition approach
requiring a versatile team capable of adapting to
the changing T&E environment. Team MSA provides quick-response
support to the RAI, with proven means as implemented
for the Army Evaluation Center. Our techniques
are applicable to systems, businesses and organizations.
MSA
has:

Activated a strong, diverse evaluation team
with impressive backgrounds in government service
or private industry.

Team members serve as primary AST representatives
for ILS and MANPRINT evaluations of multiple
systems in a quick response environment.

Team members have participated in over 100
RAIs, with each system requiring document reviews,
on-site test observations, a Test Concept Plan,
and provided written Capabilities and Limitations
Report.
Our analysts are
subject matter experts in DoD Acquisition, Testing
and Evaluation of system performance, Integrated Logistics
Support, Human Factors Engineering, Soldier Survivability,
Safety, Training and Industrial engineering.
This strong team facilitates MSA’s continued
to support to our customers in providing the war fighter
with near term material solutions that increase mission
capabilities and reduce war fighter risk.
