Assessments, Inc. have supported military test and evaluation activities
since its inception in 1990. MSA, Inc. is a prime contractor
for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), and has
provided a full spectrum of analytical and data management
support services for government and commercial sector needs.
The test and
evaluation analytical support staff provides the specialized
knowledge and technical skills necessary to analyze complex
problems or issues, quantify essential performance parameters,
and design solutions based upon the customers' needs and
constraints. Functions include task management and
analysis, requirements definitions, organizational analysis,
systems analysis, functional/procedural process analysis,
data analysis, statistical analysis, modeling and simulation,
test planning, configuration management, hardware and software
testing, quality
management, system engineering, system performance assessments,
MANPRINT assessments, Inde- pendent Logistics Assessments
and other operations research analyses.
Our analysts are experienced
in test and evaluation support through all stages of the
DoD acquisition process. We have supported over 100
major U.S. Army and Joint evaluations and assessments and
are also providing support to the Rapid Acquisition Initiative.
MSA personnel participate
on sight with the assigned test teams assisting with the
development of test strategies, concepts and methodologies.
This effort includes developing Data Collection and Analysis
planning, identification and coordination of required instrumentation,
questionnaire development and assessment reporting
MSA, Inc is a technical
service firm, having no affiliation with combat or materiel
developers. As such, MSA is not compromised by conflicts
of interest in support of any aspect of the AEC independent
evaluation process.
